Entering the Community is very simple: just click on the button " My Account " followed by “login/register” at the top right of the homepage and follow the steps . After the procedure is complete and depending on the settings of your browser you will have direct access or simply by entering your email and password. By becoming a member, it will give you access to our products as well as promotions, software and styles update etc.
Yes, subscription is free and does not require you to make a purchase
Yes you can, at any time when you want to revoke your subscription, write to us to request the deletion of your profile. Please include your USERNAME or email address that you use to access the sight.
On the home page click "my account " followed by “login/register” on the top right and then "forgot your password ?" in the login section of the platform. Fill in your email address and follow the step by step guide. Password can be changed by logging in to the site, going to "My Account", "Account information” and “Change Password”.

Purchase and shipping

It is an easy process. Choose your favorite products in terms of style and functionality and place them in the shopping cart. Once you have selected all your products to your satisfaction, follow the procedure to make the purchase. Please note that the more products you are able to purchase, the better discount terms you get in the future as a result of optimization of logistic costs. You will be requested to supply us with shipping details and select one of the delivery options. Finally accept the Terms and Conditions and select the payment method and supply the required information. Once payment is made, you will get an order confirmation and you will receive an email with your purchase summary.
The invoice of your Order will be sent to you via email. Write to us for further requests at info@m2italia.com.
You can always check the order status which is visible under the section "My Account", " My Orders." To access "My Account", simply click on your name on the upper right.
You can add more products to the same shopping cart up to the time of payment. Once payment is made, you would have to place another order. If you place another order and want to receive all the goods together, please write to us at info@m2italia.com. We shall do our best to satisfy your request all conditions allowing.
Currently M2Italia is offering the following methods of payment i.e. credit cards (most common ones), prepaid cards, debit cards, and PayPal. When making a payment using a credit card, please have close to you your Secure Code which will speed up your payment. We are working with our partners to ensure soon other methods of payments. Depending on your area and the conditions necessary for the delivery, you'll find one or more of the following purchase options: M2Italia calculates in real time the price of purchased items in the shopping cart summary of the order, just before payments and including the delivery costs. The amount of payment is depending on your area and the delivery terms of the products. On demand for particular products, and areas for which there is an active delivery service please contact us through "Customer Service" area. We will do our best to meet your needs. Always check the weight and dimensions of the product you are buying to ensure easy access once delivered. When ordering, check the additional services available such as delivery to the floor or mounting. If available, please select it at the time of purchase, it will come in handy. You can optimize delivery cost by purchasing many items to be shipped together, otherwise the base rate included in the price will apply for every individual product purchased separately.
As you select you product, please check how long it will take for the order to be fulfilled by the manufacturer. This will also be on your order summary or in the product page. Once the products get into our collection center, they will be delivered within 7 working days within Italy and 15 working days for destinations outside Italy. In case of multiple orders, all the products will be shipped when all your order items have been delivered to our collection center. If you would like to receive some goods more urgently in the same order, please write to us.
You will be notified by email or phone on the day of delivery. If the tracking service is active in your area, we will send you a code to track your shipment. The delivery status is however always available in "My Account/My Orders". Once you receive your product, verify the conditions of the package. Check for any obvious damage and if you note any, please check with the delivery person. If you have issues with the product, sign the receipt on condition, indicating clearly and accurately what the problem with the product is. We recommend that you do not sign if the delivery person does not accept your rightful reservation to a damaged package. If it's possible take a picture of where the issue is and send it to us. This will aid in verification and rapid resolution of the unexpected.
If for whatever reason you decide to cancel your order, please notify us by writing to us.

Returns and Refunds

We take care of every detail to continually improve the services offered to the M2Italia community, but contingencies may happen. In this case please report it immediately – no later than 14 days at info@m2italia.com. We will replace the damaged or wrong product at our expenses. All products are covered by a two years warranty.
Once the product is returned to M2Italia shipping center, we shall generate a refund equal to 100% of the cost that you incurred for the same item. If the product is defective or fails to comply, M2Italia will also refund the shipping costs. If during the first 14 days after receiving the product, you just changed your mind without justification we will refund to you anyway the product cost. You will need to pay for the cost of the item sent back to us. M2Italia can refund you only to the original payment method you used to place your original order. The refund will be displayed in a few working days.
