What to do on delivery

We will inform you by email or phone about the day of delivery. Moreover, if the tracking service is activated in your area you will receive the code to track your shipment.
Carefully checkout the packaging carton in the moment you receive it. If it looks broken or damaged we invite you to check immediately together with the delivery guy if this problem could affect the product. If the employee cannot stay, sign the receipt document writing "I sign with reserve for the following reason: ..." (accurately describing the problem). We recommend that you do not sign if the employee refuses to accept your reservation for a damaged package. If possible take a picture of the problem with a camera or phone and send it by this form, to help us in solving faster the contingency.
