We take care of every detail to continually improve the services offered to the community. However we cannot avoid all contingencies. Here you can find some simple but useful recommendations to solve them quickly.


Damage and other issues

In case of defects please report them immediately with this form. We will provide a fast replacement.
If a new Item is not available we shall generate a refund equal to 100% of the cost that you incurred for the same item. If the product is defective or fails to comply, M2Italia will also refund the shipping costs.
Please open the package within one week from the delivery and check everything is ok. If the delivery is delaying please notify us with this form. We will verify the shipping status for you.

 

Returns and Refunds

If after ordering a product you change your mind, don’t worry. Please let us know as soon as possible by writing to us using this form in order to cancel the order and get a complete refund.
If the order has been dispatched before your communication we can still cancel your order, however you will need to arrange a new collection from your address. Charges will depends on the courier you will use to send back the product.
M2Italia can refund you only to the original payment method you used to place your original order. The refund will be displayed in a few working days.
